Welcome to Natural Health by Angelica-Hazel.

​

My name is Angelica-Hazel, I’m an Adelaide based clinical Nutritionist, Natural Fertility Educator, the owner of an organic tea company Saha Botanica and mum to two beautiful girls. I am extremely passionate about all things women’s health related and have completed my Masters in Reproductive Medicine at UNSW.

​

Whilst I support women from all walks of life to become the healthiest and happiest versions of themselves my biggest passion is helping to bring healthy babies into the world! This area is so important to me as it gives me the opportunity to not just have a positive impact on the parent’s health but also potentially future generations to come.

​

My drive to support couples to optimise their preconception health means I am constantly investing in my own learning through postgraduate courses, mentoring & keeping up with the latest research. I do this because I am obsessed with learning all things fertility and women’s health related. I also feel strongly that if my clients invest in their health with me they deserve a practitioner that is equally as invested in their health outcomes & being the best practitioner possible.

My clinical approach is holistic in nature however what I do really well is blend ancient wisdom with modern evidence based medicine. This means I am able to support couples to conceive naturally or through ART and work collaboratively with medical specialists as I understand their framework and can guide and translate this to my clients.
